1. Who we are
The website shop.ramosh.it is run by Omar Colombo, a private individual residing at Via Grigna 10, 20155 Milano (MI), Italy, email omarcolombo37@gmail.com. These terms govern distance sales to consumers residing in the European Union, under Directive 2011/83/EU and the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005).
2. Products and prices
The main characteristics of the product are described on its page. Prices are in euros and include the VAT of the destination country, customs duties and shipping costs. There are no extra charges on delivery.
3. Orders and conclusion of the contract
The contract is concluded when your payment is accepted and you receive the confirmation email with the order summary. Please keep this email: it is the confirmation of the contract on a durable medium.
4. Payment
Payment is taken when you order, through Stripe Payments Europe Ltd (card, Apple Pay, Google Pay and other methods available in your country). We have no access to your full card details.
5. Shipping and delivery
We ship to all European Union countries. Products are shipped directly by our supplier, located outside the EU. Orders are processed within 3 business days and delivery usually takes 7-20 business days, and in any case no more than 30 days from the conclusion of the contract. You will receive the tracking number by email. If delivery does not take place within 30 days you may set us an additional period and, failing that, terminate the contract with a full refund. Risk of loss or damage passes to you only on delivery.
6. Right of withdrawal (returns)
You have the right to withdraw from this contract, without giving any reason, within 14 days from the day on which you (or a third party you indicate) receive the product.
To exercise this right, send us a clear statement at omarcolombo37@gmail.com with your name, order number and product, or use the form below (not mandatory). We will reply with the address to return the product to.
You must send the product back within 14 days of informing us of your withdrawal. You bear the cost of returning the product. You are only liable for any diminished value resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning.
We will refund all payments received, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal, using the same payment method you used. We may withhold the refund until we have received the product back or proof that you have sent it.

7. Legal guarantee of conformity
The product is covered by the 24-month legal guarantee of conformity from delivery under Directive (EU) 2019/771. If it is faulty, write to us with a photo of the problem: you are entitled, free of charge, to repair or replacement or, if these are not possible, to a price reduction or a refund.
8. Complaints and applicable law
For complaints write to omarcolombo37@gmail.com: we reply within 7 days. Italian law applies to the contract, without depriving you of the more favourable mandatory protection of the country where you live. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of the consumer's place of residence.
